RETURNS & EXCHANGES
Purchases made during our Black Friday and Holiday Campaigns can be returned until January 17, 2024. Please note that for orders placed on or after December 17, 2023, the standard 30-day return policy applies.
We offer easy returns on all products. You are entitled to return any product purchased directly from our website within 30 days of receipt.
If you wish to return a gift set, all items in the set must be returned together.
Please be aware that “Complimentary” items (or any free products received as part of a promotional offer) are not eligible for exchange and must be returned with the rest of your order for a refund. However, gift wrapping received during a campaign does not need to be returned.
Campaign offers are based on the original purchase. If a return results in you no longer qualifying for the offer, the refunded or charged amount will be adjusted accordingly.

Every detail begins before the watch is revealed. The VALUCHI Mosaic box features a refined blue hexagonal design, a centered silver logo, and a branded cross ribbon, creating a premium unboxing experience that reflects the elegance and craftsmanship of the timepiece inside.
Turn the watch over and the story continues. Each Mosaic Limited Edition is individually numbered, with its own unique edition plate engraved into the backcase.
Only 300 pieces will ever be produced. Once this numbered release is sold out, it will not return.
